Terms and Conditions:

 1.  General:

1.1  All garments are solely for personal use and Cheryl Marie Bridal will not be liable for any loss resulting from commercial use of our products.

1.2  Use of the website and placement of an order implies that all terms and conditions outlined have been accepted and agreed to.

1.3  All our customer contracts are governed by NSW law and fall under jurisdiction of the NSW courts.  

2.  Description of Goods:

2.1 The customer must check the order form and confirm all details are correct at the time of purchase.

2.2 Garments will be made in accordance with the description and measurements Indicated on the order form.

2.3 Cheryl Marie Bridal has sole discretion to deem the garment of acceptable quality, if in dispute by the customer.  

3.  Payment:

3.1 Garments will not be released without full payment being received.

3.2 Unpaid orders will remain the property of Cheryl Marie Bridal and may be sold at the discretion of Cheryl Marie Bridal within 14 days of non-payment.  

4.  Returns Policy:

4.1 Cheryl Marie Bridal is not liable for ill-fitting garments due to any change in body measurements i.e. weight loss or gain since the initial measurements were taken at any fitting or on measurements given on any order form.

4.2 Any significant alterations to the garment due to change in body measurements will be undertaken at extra cost to the client.

4.3 Cheryl Marie Bridal is not liable for defects caused by the customer not following care instructions.

4.4 Cancellation of an order is not possible once an order has been commenced or confirmed.

4.5 No refund will be given for change of mind.

4.6 Cheryl Marie Bridal does not accept returns for change of mind or where the customer requests a change to an existing order. All orders are made in compliance with the original confirmed order.

4.7 Cheryl Marie Bridal will not accept returns and/or issue a refund once full payment is made. All sales are final.

 5.  Privacy:

5.1 Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with data protection legislation.

5.2 Personal data collected may be used for marketing, advertising and/or promotions.

5.3 Cheryl Marie Bridal website contains links to third party sites. Cheryl Marie Bridal is not responsible for the content of these sites.

5.4  Personal data will not be available to third parties.

5.5  All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos or text or other intellectual property that has been made available by Cheryl Marie Bridal or through associated social media, is the copyright material of Cheryl Marie Bridal and remains as such at all times.

5.6  Copyright material may not be reproduced, re-published or disseminated without the express consent of Cheryl Marie Bridal.
